Terms of service

EditHarbor is provided by DaelVista LLC. These terms describe the website and intended app workflow. The app is preparing for Shopify App Store review and is not publicly available yet. No subscription or paid service is offered through this website.

Authorized use

Use EditHarbor only for shops you are authorized to manage. Review the complete selection, before-and-after values, warnings and invalid rows before confirming an edit. You are responsible for choosing appropriate changes and protecting your account access.

Supported scope

Jobs are limited to 500 products and 2,000 variants. Supported edits include base prices, compare-at prices, coupled sale rules, tags, titles, Active or Draft product status, and eligible existing scalar metafields.

Base pricing does not include Markets or B2B contextual prices. Active status does not publish products to sales channels. Inventory, SKU, structural variant changes, media changes, CSV import, AI editing, recurring automation and multi-store management are outside the supported scope.

Execution and results

A preview or request acknowledgement is not evidence that a change succeeded. Results distinguish verified changes, conflicts, failures, discrepancies and pending or unknown outcomes. A job can finish with partial outcomes. Ordinary field writes are not an atomic transaction across the catalog, and concurrent changes can affect execution.

Cancellation stops eligible future work; it does not reverse writes already admitted. Unknown writes are not automatically treated as successful or retried.

Scheduling and guarded recovery

A one-time schedule preserves its confirmed selection and values. Starting depends on current eligibility and service availability; an exact start instant is not promised.

Guarded recovery is a separate run for eligible verified changes within the available recovery window. It may skip rows changed subsequently, encounter conflicts or expire. It does not guarantee restoration of every value.

Availability and commercial terms

Continuous availability, zero downtime and guaranteed data recovery are not promised. Public subscription prices and commercial plan terms have not been finalized. Any future offer will present its applicable billing terms before subscription approval through Shopify.
