EditHarbor is provided by DaelVista LLC. This policy describes the information used by the product and this website. The app is preparing for Shopify App Store review and is not publicly available yet.

Information used by the app

We use your Shopify shop identity, installation permissions and app credentials to authenticate access and perform the edits you confirm. We process selected catalog fields, editing rules, before-and-after values, and execution evidence needed for previews, results and guarded recovery. We also use schedule timing, subscription eligibility, usage records and limited operational information to run the service.

EditHarbor does not request customer or order business-data scopes, fetch customer profiles or process customer orders. Result CSV files are streamed when requested; the app does not keep a separate server-side export file. Downloaded files remain under your control.

Retention and deletion

Catalog snapshots and recovery evidence have bounded retention. The app displays relevant preview and recovery deadlines. Expired previews cannot be confirmed, and recovery is unavailable after its deadline. Limited summaries and unresolved operational or accounting references may remain after raw catalog values expire where needed to preserve an accurate record.

Uninstalling disables further execution for that installation. Verified Shopify shop-erasure requests block further access and initiate deletion of app-held shop data across installation generations. Customer privacy requests are handled without fetching customer records because EditHarbor holds no customer business records.

Support and service providers

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send. Include your in-app Support ID for a job issue, and avoid sending credentials or unnecessary customer information. We use support correspondence to respond to your request.

Shopify provides platform authentication, catalog interfaces and app billing. Cloudflare provides this website and inbound email routing. Your email provider also handles correspondence you send. Production app hosting has not yet been activated; this policy will be updated to reflect the services used before public availability.

This website

This website does not add analytics, advertising trackers or application cookies. Infrastructure providers process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, contact support@editharbor.com. We may need to verify your relationship to the shop before responding. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when the described processing changes. Material changes affecting app use will be communicated through the service when available.
